Bellafricana is an initiative focused on Made in Nigeria (non oil) goods and services. We are a community that bridges the buyer-seller gap and creates a wider outreach for Nigerian (African) products and services locally and globally…
We create opportunities for customers and suppliers to NET – Network, Engage and Transact.
On the 17th of April (Easter Monday), Bellafricana will be having the first of her Annual exhibition and Awards. It’s going to be a 3 part event; Exhibition, Conference and Awards Dinner.
The event is for enterprising Nigerian MSMEs seeking wider access to both internal markets, and International markets and investors seeking joint-venture partners.
The event which is themed “Celebrating Creativity and Innovation” starts at 10 am in the morning and would run concurrently with the conference and dinner awards as the peak of the event.
There would be up to 60 exhibitors under the following categories; Food produce and snacks; Fashion; Health and beauty; Home & Living; Technology related products and Arts&Craft. 50 inside the hall and 10 outside.
We also have 5 kid entrepreneurs who would be exhibiting innovative hand made products. As mentioned above, the event is taking place on Easter Monday, a public holiday so kids would be home from school.
Renish Events would be setting up a playzone area for the kids with soccer tables, rides and toys. There would also be security, child minders and volunteers to keep them protected, engaged and supervised.
5and10kraftzone, a string artist and art teacher would be there with his team to educate and entertain them on some hand craft.
There would also be a paint party section, henna bar, spa, bbq, raffle draws and other forms of engagement for adults who are interested. The event is FREE to attend.
The major objectives of the exhibition is to get people to network, engage and make transactions while enjoying good food and mellow music. Some of the brands exhibiting would be having special discounts for the day (list to be released on our social media pages soon).
The target group of the event are upwardly mobile youths, business owners, influencers SMEs and MSMEs. The exhibition would officially end by 6pm when the dinner starts, but some brands would remain.
We are using D-Venue at Water Corporation Drive, Off Ligali Ayorinde, Oniru, Lagos, Nigeria. While 50 exhibitors inside the hall with the conference running concurrently seems like a lot, we have created a floor plan that doesn’t allow for any form of discomfort,or rowdiness.
Here is the Side view of the hall interior;
We would love to have as many businesses as possible exhibit but we are intensively screening brands so we have an interesting diversity of QUALITY products.
As mentioned prior, you can come with your family, kids as the playzone would keep them busy so you can NET effectively.
Space for the health and beauty category is sold out and Fashion is almost out. If you have innovative and creative products and you would like to exhibit, reach out to us via the following mediums;
